Effective coaching promotes a positive growth mindset and creates personalized strategies for students to gain confidence and improve their self-management skills, so they can apply what they learn independently.

When students recognize their strengths and challenges, I can help them develop the tools and strategies to address the areas of opportunity and growth. My focus is on equipping each student with the skills they need to become self-directed learners and achieve their goals within their timeline. Developing these new habits requires time, patience, and practice, and every achievement, no matter how small, is celebrated to keep motivation high.

Choosing a coach should align with your family's values. My coaching is centered on the student and family, emphasizing independence and strengthening the connection between home and school.

Discovery Call
A 30-minute complimentary consultation to determine if EF coaching is the right approach.
Check-ins
Up to an additional 20-minutes of scheduled virtual check-ins in between weekly sessions. This creates accountability and continuity between sessions.
Introductory Meeting
A 60-minute in person meeting to review goals and develop a plan. This includes an evaluation of EF skills and a review of prior testing, reports, and assessments.
Family Meetings
Facilitation of family meetings every six to eight weeks to review and reflect on progress made; if requested.
Coaching Sessions
Weekly 60 minute one-on-one in-person coaching sessions. Typical sessions may include reflection, organization, prioritized planning, study skills, and goal setting. Weekly written progress reports will be provided.
Workspace Organization
Working with the student to organize their space to best accommodate their needs. Not all students need this support, thus it can be added to the weekly coaching session flow or as an additional stand alone service.
